Ikpeazu commends ASOPADEC, ASOPADEC interventionist strides

The Governor of Abia State, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu has commended Abia State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission ASOPADEC, for her interventionist strides across the state especially in the area of health care services.

The Governor who spoke through his Senior Special Assistant on Health Matters, Chief Felix Joe, during an official handover of health care equipment procured by the commission recently in Umuahia, requested ASOPADEC to sustain her efforts in complimenting the developmental strides of the state government and assured that the state government will continue to give priority attention to health matters.

Speaking during the occasion, the chairman of ASOPADEC, Chief Sam Okezie Nwogu, said the Governor has in his magnanimity approved the procurement of the equipment for the health care services of the people and called on Abian to reciprocate Governor Ikpeazu by voting massively for his re-election in the coming election.

In their remark, the Executive Secretary of Abia State Primary Health Care Agency, Dr. Chiagozirim Adindu and Chief Executive Hospital Management Board, Dr. Ijeoma Nduka, appreciate the Governor and ASOPADEC for their developmental strides in the areas of health care services and assured of judicious distribution of the equipment to the areas concerned.

Items handed over were: Hospital beds,Bedside lockers, Hospital Foams,Function Machine, Hand Stretcher, Ambulance Van etc.
