Champion Breweries unveils New Magazine in Akwa Ibom

The Champion Breweries PLC, the producers of Champ malt, Amstel malt and Champion lager beer has unveiled a new all glossary magazine as part of measures to keep both the staff and the customers abreast of information in the company.

Unveiling the magazine at the Company’s premises in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state capital, the Managing Director of the company, Patrick Edijoh said the new magazine was part of its re­positioning efforts in projecting the brands on the stable of the company into the national and international market.

Ejidoh said that the magazine which is a content developed material of all the staff is expected to promote the image of the company and ensure that the brands on the stable of the company remains on the limelight both nationally and internationally.

He said that in the last two months, the concept for the production of the magazine has been collective with contributions from key stakeholders and heads of various departments of the company and that the magazine titled “Champion News” is a novel concept that will boost marketing mileage for the company.

He however re-affirmed that Champion Brewery is now fully resuscitated and fully functional in all capacity with the new caption of its Sazzy Sexy and Sleek looks of the new bottle shape to attract customers.

He assured that the production of the magazine will be done twice yearly and that the all gloss aesthetic content will be sustained to ensure the superior status of all brands on the stables of Champion Brewery.

‘We have brought this concept of the magazine for the world to further appreciate the brands under our stable and we intend to sustain our quality position in the industry across Nigeria in making history as the best in the business”, Mr. Ejidoh said.

The over 30 paged magazine had in her maiden edition chronicled the history of the breweries with interviews from critical stakeholders of the company, including customers and consumers.

The managing director maintained that subsequent editions will be richer in contents and packaging and promised to ensure adequate circulation of both hard copies and soft copies to all their target readers and customers.
