Ahead of the second edition of the Abia State Governor’s Secondary School Unity Games the Executive Chairman of Obingwa Local Government Area, Hon. Maxwell Nwadike has inaugurated the LGA Local Organizing Committee with a charge to members to ensure successful games in the Local Government.
Hon. Nwadike assured the committee of his complete support both financially and otherwise to ensure the Local Government replicates Governor Alex Otti’s great strides in sports development in Abia State, and urged the committee to work with the organizing secretary, Jane Ogbu Kalu, to make this year’s competition a success.
The committee is chaired by the LG”s House Committee on Sports, Hon. Chidiebere Dike while Supervisor on Education, Hon Ubani Ure will serve as the vice chairman. Sports Organizing Secretary, Jane Ogbu Kalu will serve as the secretary. Other members include CSP Inyang Inyang DPO EST Ngwa, CSP Williams, DPO Ohuru Isimiri, and Okebugwu Kelechi Chief of Staff to the Chairman.
