2019: Ikpeazu begs for equity, fairness

Governor Okezie Ikpeazu has called for fairness and justice as enshrined in the Abia charter of equity saying that any act of denying him as the first Ukwa-Ngwa Governor from completing his eight years in office will amount to marginalisation.

Governor Ikpeazu who was speaking during the PDP Rally held at Abayi Umuocham Primary school,Osisioma Ngwa Local Government Area,maintained that his administration has made laudable achievements in road infrastructure, promotion of made in Aba products among others adding that his works in the area stands as testimony.

While expressing appreciation for the massive turnout of supporters,Governor Ikpeazu also called on the people to troop out in mass to show solidarity to the Presidential candidate of the Party Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and his vice Mr Peter Obi in the coming election, adding that only the PDP has the capacity to address the issues of marginalisation, insecurity, and the economy in the country

In their respective speeches, the Senator representing Abia Central, Senator TA Orji, and the member representing Osisioma Obingwa Ugwunagbo in the house of Representatives, Hon Solomon Adaelu, noted that the Governor has done well so far and should be given another tenure to attract more democracy dividends to the area.

They called on the people of Osisioma to vote for PDP at all levels in the coming election.

Governor Ikpeazu had on arrival paid homage to the Osisioma council of Traditional Rulers,at the palace of HRM Eze Magnus Mbaogu as well as town hall unions and Christian Association Nigeria Osisioma chapter.
