The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information and Strategy, Deaconess Caroline Igwe, has congratulated Abia State Head Of Service, HOS, Sir Onyii Wamah on the occasion of his birthday.
Deaconess Igwe made a goodwill message she released described the State Head of Service as a result-oriented technocrat who has seized every opportunity at his disposal to advance the course of public sector workforce in the state.
