A statement jointly endorsed by the Chairman, Staff Welfare Association Isiala Ngwa South Comrade Iroulor Onwuegbuaha Prince and the Secretary, Comrade Enyioko Chinwendu, puts the venue at Ururuka Hall, Isiala Ngwa South Council Headquarters Omoba by noon.

According the statement, the Chief of Staff to Abia State Governor, Prof ACB Agbazuere would be the Special Guest of Honour.

The Honourable Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Prince C.O. Enweremadu is the Guest Speaker.

The statement further revealed that, the member representing Isiala Ngwa South State Constituency in the State House of Assembly, Mr. Chikwendu Kalu and the Honourable Commissioner for Housing, Chief Chonagorom Nwankpa are expected as guests of Honour ,while the Executive Chairman of Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area Comrade Ike Anyatonwu, is the Chief Host.
