]]> On behalf of myself and family, Management and Staff of the Office of the Deputy Governor, I heartily congratulate and rejoice with the people’s Governor and Chief Servant of Abia State, His Excellency Dr. Alex Chioma Otti OFR and entire Abians on the auspicious occasion of the 32nd Anniversary Celebration of the creation of Abia State on this 27th day of August 2023.

You are an institution of inspiration; a perfect leader with an encouraging personality. Your remarkable accomplishment so far recorded is just one step on your journey to rebuilding the Abia State of our dream.
